All products by HDIF and its partners are handmade, and thus may vary slightly in size or color or other detail. This is always to be expected with handmade products, and should not affect its function.
Refunds. If you would like to claim a refund, we will require documentation for the basis for your request. Photographs and a clear description of the problem encountered are to be submitted for us. Once your claim of a refund with documentation is received, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account.
Exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
